Haysville Community Outreach

Haysville Community Outreach provides a box of food every 30 days for families in the Haysville School District. Please provide proof of address: driver's license or utility bill showing your current address. There are no income restrictions. Come to the church during office hours, 9AM-Noon, Monday through Friday.

HCO also provides special food boxes for Thanksgiving and Christmas, as well as presents for children, for families living in the Haysville School District.

Sign up on October 1st or 15th, from 9-11am, for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

If you miss these dates sign up on November 12, from 1-3pm, for Christmas ONLY.

Thanksgiving Distribution is November 12th, from 9-11am. Christmas Distribution is December 17th, from 9-11am.

Financial guidelines have to be met for these special boxes; you will be approved or denied on the spot. Please bring the following:
--proof of address (current driver's license or utility bill mailed within the last 60 days);
--Social Security card for each adult and child living in your household;
--Proof of income for the last 60 days for each adult member of your household (2 months of payroll checks, SRS/Social Security statements; copies of unemployment checks, etc.);
--If reason for application is recent loss of work, please bring proof of expenditures: utilities, car payment, mortgage, rent, etc.
